• Renter and all drivers must be 25 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license.  All drivers are subject to a check with the state BMV.

• Credit card number and/or reference may be requested at time of departure.

• A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of reservation of rental unit.  If rental is cancelled, deposit is forfeited.  This deposit shall be used toward any fuel refills required, dumping fees, extra mileage charges and cleaing of unit upon return.

• The entire rental fee, plus the estimated mileage charges are due at the time of pick-up.  This in in addition to your deposit.  Terms are cash, money order, credit card, or certified funds.  Early returns are not subject to any refunds.

• Renter must carry valid vehicle insurance or be able to be bonded.

• Renter shall provide a binder of insurance from their insurance company, listing Brunks as loss payee, before departure.  Any deductible on insurance will be posted as deposit from customer at time of departure.  After Brunks Rentals has had adequate time to inspect unit and determine there in no damage, deposit, minus damages, if any, shall be refunded to customer.

• Full tanks of gasoline and propane gas are supplied with the unit at time of departure.  We request that you return the vehicle in the same condition.  Customer will be charged $3.75 per gallon for tank refills.

• Motor home generator usage included in rental fee is 2 hours per day.  An additional charge of $2.75 per hour shall be charged upon return of unit for additional usage.

• Brunks not responsible for any item(s)  left in Motor Home after return.

• A fee of $45, if necessary, will be charged for dumping holding tanks and filling LP tanks.

• A cleaning fee of $65 minimum will be charged if necessary.
